These two points are located at the back of the head in the middle, between the ear and the  beginning of the spine. Gently massaging these points can relieve from headache, nasal congestion, pain in the eye and ear and also migraine.


They are situated 2-3 cm from the beginning of the hairline in the temple area. Massage and pressure on this point relieves from eye fatigue and pain in the temporal region. To  find this point, feel a small dimple.


This point is situated on the back of  the hand between the thumb and the forefinger. Massaging and applying pressure on this point relieves from headache, toothache, tension in neck muscles and back ache.
